# Advisory Pricing Agent

Building an advisory practice means knowing not just what you offer, but what to charge for it, and how to explain your fees to clients. The Advisory Pricing Agent takes the positioning you defined in the previous step and turns it into a structured pricing model your firm can stand behind.

## How to Run the Agent

Enter a few details about your firm: the types of clients you serve, the advisory services you want to offer, and any goals or constraints you want the agent to consider. Then click Run.

Note: The agent takes a moment to run because it's generating multiple pricing components at once.

## What the Output Looks Like

You'll receive recommended pricing tiers, margin assumptions, benchmarks, and language you can use when discussing your pricing with clients. You'll also see a dashboard view that shows how your pricing aligns with your services and the positioning you built in the previous step.

## Why This Matters

Pricing advisory services is genuinely difficult, not because accountants don't know their value, but because translating that value into a number (and explaining it confidently to a client) is a different skill than the work itself. This agent gives you a clear, structured model that's grounded in your firm's strengths and aligned with what you deliver. You will be able to handle pricing conversations knowing exactly what you charge, why you charge it, and how to explain it.
