There comes a point in your Gumloop journey where you and your organization are going to connect a bunch of apps, create a bunch of skills, and build a lot of agents. At that point, you’ll probably ask: which one should I use? Where did I store that skill? Who do I need to ask?
And the answer to all of those questions is Gumball. Not sure which agent to use? Just ask Gumball. Gumball knows how to get the right information. It knows all the apps you’ve connected, all the skills you have access to, and the purpose of each one of the agents you have access to.
So if I ask something like, “Hey, I’ve got the sales performance meeting tomorrow. Can you update the numbers based on what we did last month? You should find that in my inbox. And make sure it’s on brand and similar to what we did last month,” Gumball will look through everything I have access to. It finds the previous month’s sales deck in my inbox, goes through Salesforce to update the numbers, references the brand design skill to make sure everything looks good, and delivers it back to me right here in that same chat.
You can think of Gumball as your team’s coach. It always knows who to put on the field. That could be going to an app directly, referencing a skill built by a colleague, or grabbing a fully built-out agent to get your work done.
Gumball lives where work happens. I just showed you the web version, but you can chat with it through the Gumloop Slack app, email it, or, my personal favorite, text it. Let’s give it a try. “Hey Gumball, I missed my bus and couldn’t make the ACME meeting on pricing. Can you tell me what’s up?” Gumball knows that pricing lives in our accounting tool, meeting notes in Granola, and opportunity data in Salesforce. Pulling all of that together, it gives us an answer directly via text.
And I can keep going: “Can you email this to my team and myself?” Notice that as I scroll up, it’s one big continuous chat. Gumball isn’t cramming everything into context. Instead, it looks at every message and decides whether it’s a new thread or the continuation of an existing one. So you can just keep texting it. That’s how I use it: I text four or five things at once and it goes off and does the work. Just like that, you have one chat for everything you need.
Gumball also surfaces things it thinks are important to you. It can tell you what matters most for your upcoming day with the Daily Chew, prepare you for every meeting, and even manage your inbox. These are what we call routines, and you can configure each one of them on the right. You can tell Gumball what to focus on with instructions, which connectors to prioritize if you want it to be more precise, and how you’d like the routine delivered. Every time Gumball runs a routine, you can give it feedback so it gets better the next time around.
Gumball is your one-stop shop, your partner in work. Chat with it when you need to get things done, and let it help you get more done with routines.
Gumball
Gumball is the one agent you ask first. It knows every app you’ve connected, every skill you can use, and what each of your agents is for, so it can pick the right one for the job.
Once your team has connected a bunch of apps, written skills, and built agents, a new problem shows up. Which agent do I use? Where’s that skill? Who built the thing that does this? You shouldn’t have to remember. Ask Gumball.
Your team’s coach
Gumball knows who to put on the field. For every request it decides whether to go straight to an app, use a skill a colleague wrote, or hand the work to an agent that’s already built for it.
Ask “Update last month’s sales deck with this month’s numbers, on brand” and Gumball will:
- Find the old deck in your Gmail.
- Pull fresh numbers from Salesforce.
- Apply your brand design skill so it looks like the original.
- Hand you the finished deck in the same chat.
You don’t pick the tools. You see each step as it happens, so you always know what it used.
Reach it wherever you work
Gumball isn’t stuck in a browser tab. You can find it on the web, in the Gumloop Slack app, by email, and by text message.
Texting is the fastest. Fire off “What happened in the ACME pricing meeting?” from your phone and Gumball pulls the notes from Granola, pricing from your accounting tool, and the opportunity from Salesforce, then texts you the answer.
It’s all one continuous conversation. Gumball reads each message and decides whether it starts something new or continues an earlier thread, so you can send several requests in a row and let it work through them.
Routines
Gumball doesn’t just wait for you to ask. Routines are things it does for you on a schedule or when something happens:
- Daily Chew. A morning brief on what matters for your day.
- Meeting prep. Context on who you’re meeting and what to ask, before every call.
- Smart inbox. Triage so the important emails rise to the top.
Each routine is configurable. Give it instructions on what to focus on, pick the connectors it should prioritize, and choose where it shows up: email, a Slack DM, or text. After every run you can leave feedback, and the next run gets better.
