Agents to Grow Your Advisory
A high-level overview of the Firm Growth Kit: three agents that help partner managers assess, price, and communicate advisory services.
The Firm Growth Kit includes three agents: Firm Positioning Agent, Advisory Pricing Agent, and Communications Agent. Together, they help partner managers assess a firm’s digital presence, build an advisory pricing strategy, and generate the communication assets needed to bring that strategy to life.
Agent Breakdown
1. Firm Positioning Agent
Gives a clear view of how a firm shows up online, including website, Google Business Profile, reviews, content depth, and technical SEO. It highlights strengths, gaps, and opportunities and gives partner managers a concrete starting point for an advisory conversation.
2. Advisory Pricing Agent
Generates advisory pricing recommendations (with or without sample data). It lays out suggested tiers, structure, and rationale. The output gives partner managers a clear, defensible pricing story they can bring into a call.
3. Communications Agent
Produces the assets that bring everything together: email invites, talk tracks, pitch content, webinar language, and one-pager copy. Everything is aligned to the firm’s positioning and pricing, so partner managers aren’t starting from a blank page.
How They Work Together
The agents are designed to be run in sequence, with each output feeding the next:
- Firm Positioning Agent — Understand the firm’s digital presence.
- Advisory Pricing Agent — Define their advisory structure.
- Communications Agent — Generate the assets used with each firm.
What’s New in This Batch
This batch focuses on making the experience cleaner and more consistent: simpler intake flows, smarter behavior from the agents, and more consistent formatting across all three.
What to Expect
When partner managers run these agents, they’ll get firm-specific outputs that are structured, consistent, and ready to use in a live conversation.
The goal: give partner managers a clear story about where the firm is today and how advisory fits into their growth.
The next three lessons go deeper into each agent: how to run them, how to interpret the outputs, and how to use them in real partner conversations.
